rpa:architecture worked as a key part of the construction team for this mixed use development in Guildford.

The development consists of 48 homes, including private and social housing, with office accommodation and undercroft parking.

The steeply sloping nature of the site has been taken into account with material specification and design with the choice of reinforced concrete construction with lightweight steel infill.
