Taylor Wimpey approached rpa:group, because of this experience, for this mixed use development of 52 homes and retail space in Kingston Hill. The site found an innovative way of incorporating highly demanded parking in a very limited space with a basement car park accessed via a vehicle lift. Recently, Taylor Wimpey have asked rpa:group to convert the retail units on the ground floor to residential. rpa:group have gained planning permission for 5 units and are currently completing the construction package. |
