: interior architecture Following a complete refurbishment, the Victorian splendour of this 19th Century Kensington mews development has been incorporated with a contemporary design to deliver a modern and intimate 21st Century boutique hotel. Originally four townhouses, the 90 bedroom hotel has been designed to retain its period elegance whilst offering the maximum in comfort with well equipped with modern amenities - a ‘grown-up chic’ sanctuary in the heart of London. The challenging build programme ensured the sensitive restoration of features in the listed building. The rpa:group team were construction managers and health and safety advisors on the project. |
