rpa:vision set to unveil 14 stores at Westfield’s new White City development - 01/10/2008

Interiors specialist rpa:vision is set to unveil stores for leading brands at the new White City development created by the world's largest retail property group Westfield.

Developing exciting new flagship concepts for the Greek fashion label No Name, who are opening 2 stores as their first entry to the UK retail market, Suit Supply, from The Netherlands and British fashion designer Amanda Wakeley.

rpa:vision is also working with longstanding clients creating retail outlets for Tommy Hilfiger, 3, Superdrug, Puma, The White Company, Carphone Warehouse and Starbucks . Some new clients include Spanish brands Blanco, Camper and Tous completing production information and project management roles.

The White City development will cover 5 floors and have a retail floor area of 150,000m² (1.615m ft²) making it the third largest shopping centre in the UK behind MetroCentre and Bluewater. The completed centre will feature around 270 stores and a 14 screen Cinema de Lux multiplex cinema.

Trevor Richards, managing director of rpa:vision, comments:
"We are delighted to be so involved in this project which will become an icon for the new London and raise the bar for destination shopping. Our international experience has helped us to become retail consultant of choice for European brands wanting to evolve their concepts to suit the world class British retail market whilst maintaining their core identity. Shoppers will be expecting something really special from the centre and also from the brands represented within it - we look forward to unveiling stores that will deliver against those expectations."

With most retailers making high investments in their White City stores the centre will be an outstanding location where high street and high end sit side by side. The much anticipated launch date for the centre is 30 October 2008.
