rpa:architecture has worked closely with Explore Living on this 59 apartment development in Chadwell. By redesigning the original concept rpa:architecture was able to increase the number of apartments within the project without sacrificing any benefits to the configuration.

rpa:architecture then obtained all planning apporvals and carried out a production drawings service for Explore. The site benefits from a lightweight steel frame with reinforced concrete construction.
