Nigel Collett Nigel Collett : CEO, rpa:vision

Originally qualifying with a degree in product and furniture design, Nigel commenced his career at Dixons quickly rising to the role of Design Manager for PC World via secondment to the Silo Corporation in America. He has since held senior design positions at retailers such as House of Fraser, The Disney Store and Venator (formally the Woolworths Corporation USA) before joining rpa:vision in 2000 as Creative Director.

Since joining rpa:vision, Nigel has helped grow the business to become one of the largest retail design and delivery companies in the UK, working on a vast array of projects from high end to high street. He also played a key role in the recent recognition of rpa:vision in the Top 5 in UK industry performance tables.

Ian Archer Ian Archer : COO, rpa:vision

Ian joined rpa:vision in 1994 with a strong focus on the operational aspect of the business. With rpa:vision's project managers reporting to him, Ian carries responsibility across the company's key accounts including Starbucks, The White Company, The Mall and Tommy Hilfiger.

With extensive experience in logistics as well as his renowned high standards, Ian's focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction always ensures a quality project delivery. Ian promotes through his strong team, that whatever the challenge, it's always met with the right solution, in the right place at the right time.

Mark Cherrett

Mark Cherrett: Associate Director, rpa:vision

Mark is responsible for overall management of the Production Information team, producing 2D and 3D construction drawings from conception to inception for numerous international brands including M&S, Ann Summers and DSGi.

 

As an Associate Director Mark also plays a pivotal role in the business ensuring the sustainable success and profitability of the company through development and direction of operational, financial and strategic objectives.

 

His extensive store planning and interior architecture experience, working Safeways Stores plc and Marks & Spencer, make Mark an asset to the rpa:vision team.

John Armitage John Armitage: Associate Director, rpa:vision

As a professional Quantitiy Surveyor and Project Manager John Armitage currently heads up the project management team at rpa:vision building up strategic relationships with key clients including Musto, Headmasters, World Duty Free and Carphone Warehouse.

John brings considerable experience with him having worked extensively on the contractor side on large scale shop fitting and construction projects and now successfully reverted back to a client's representative role.

As a recently appointed Associate Director, John is focusing on the continued strategic expansion of the project management team alongside rpa:vision Director, Ian Archer.

Lee Atkins Lee Atkins : Associate Director, rpa:vision

Lee is responsible for some of the company's key client accounts including M&S, Starbucks, '3', Superdrug, PC World, Curry's and MPL Interiors.

Prior to joining rpa:vision in 2002, Lee worked with corporations including B&Q, Siemens and British Aerospace. With his extensive knowledge of project management and store planning Lee has built up a reputation within the retail industry as 'the man for the job' with an enviable series of success stories of store roll outs such as Starbucks across the UK and Foot Locker in Europe.

James Breaks James Breaks RIBA: Associate Director, rpa:vision

James Breaks trained as an architect prior to joining rpa:vision in 1994. During his time with the company James has worked across all aspects of the company's unique end-to-end offer and built strategic relationships with key clients including Tommy Hilfiger, Dunhill and Vertu.

One of the founding members of the creative design department, his breadth of experience in retail gives him a unique advantage to appreciate all facets of the creative and production processes.

As a recently appointed Associate Director, James is focusing on the continued strategic expansion of the design team alongside Creative Director, Nigel Collett.
