rpa:group have been appointed by LCPP to deliver luxury student accommodation from an existing office block located in Cardiff City Centre. The building comprises of a 7 storey tower with a 5 storey extension, which also boasts stunning views of the Brecon Beacons and the Millennium Stadium. The accommodation will consist of 79 bedrooms of which 57 are en-suite, laundry, cinema, and study rooms. The project will commence in April 2012 and will be delivered in January 2013.
