rpa:group have been appointed by the Guys and St Thomas's Trust to deliver new student accommodation located close to the Shard in the London borough of Southwark. The project will deliver 77 bedrooms arranged in a series of cluster flats. Bringing back to life an existing building within walking distance of the River Thames and Borough Road Market - Iris Brook House is due for completion in early September 2012.
